Bad service

Hi order a phone online , had no correspondence until I called the courier service who informed me that the truck has been looted, Makro was totally unaware , called Makro 4 times and always was informed that I will be called back by the supervisor, I am still waiting for this for the last 3 days , I am now waiting g for an item that has been paid for in full and no fulfilment or an explanation as to what is going to happen now , really poor and frustrating service.
