Bad Service

<p>I am really disappointed with the horrible service I received from Makro kiosk. Makro Centurion is a no go. we were forced to leave our items like animals. We had 11 items and we were three and had to share the items amongst ourselves as actually it was not lots of things and most were bulks. The cashier on the duty agreed suddenly when we had to pay for the last 3 items she gives us attitude and we explained to her and she even saw that we are three and paying for 11 items dividing it amongst ourselves. I don’t see it as a problem because we are not even going to the same house our only fault is we had the items in one trolley but for me taking 3 trolleys with 11 items and bulks its like causing unnecessary congestion in the shop. So the cashiers give us a very bad attitude we had to leave the our veg and mealie meal as suddenly everything changed that cashier told us that kiosk only sells cigarretes and its not like we were buying cigarettes and people had pampers, panties and all sorts of things but we were told about the kiosk sells cigarettes and refused to till our last items. Telling us people are waiting and we are wasting her time so I am concerned it means we are viewed as just animals who went there to requeste credit even if its credit we were going to be responsible for paying it. Then suddenly she gossips about us in front of us such disrespect repeating that the kiosk is only for cigarette but she is busy assisting someone who has baby formulas and had more items than us. So I don’t know how to deal with that. From the onset she treated us with attitude and tried to avoid her suddenly she bursts to us then she gossips about us in front of us. Like that was a severe disrespect. I don’t see myself at that makro again and if that makro continue hiring such people I am worried. I still don’t believe the nerve of that girl. We are three it’s the same as three different people with three more trolleys. So I don’t know what she was on about and another thing its not like we had 25 items and we forced her to till at the kiosk IT WAS ONLY 11 ITEMS SPLIT AMONGST 3 PEOPLE TRYING TO AVOID TAKING THREE TROLLEYS. I AM SO ANNOYED NOW WE LEFT OUR THINGS BECAUSE OF HER AND SHE DOESN’T EVEN TELL US NICELY SHE JUST CAUSE A SCENE. THAT WAS REALLY HORRIBLE. I CANT TAKE SUCH DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR</p>
