Bad service

I'm disgusted with the service I got from Makro Cape Gate. I bought a fridge and it was delivered the Friday with 4 dents on the sides..I was told by the delivery guys that I cant use the fridge till they return and replace it. They only able to replace it on Monday..I had to throw away all my groceries and still have to wait for a new one
