Bad service

I bought a cover for kids i pad. And i cancelled a purchase due to fact that i never get any communication regarding delivery and i had to go and buy it somewhere. i called and send them email to cancell my order but they stlll deliver the parcel even though it was cancelled. Now i am struggling to get my refund and no one has communicate with me for almost 2 weeks now. Please dont just call to ask question my ref number is MAK***. Please urgenlty refund my money
