Bad service

Bought an LG dishwasher at Makro Mbombela on the 13th of August 2020, collected it on the 17th. Upon unboxing the machine I noticed that the machine has a lot of dents and it seemed that it was an item that was returned for faulty issues. On the 18th went back to complain and I was told they are still awaiting stock and should continue using that one. Two weeks later( 31 August) I went back and was told there was no order for me done. I was promised that I will be called and no one said anything. I am still told to continue use that one in the meantime. How long will I wait? With no one saying anything? I have already incurred plumbing costs and if they remove that one it means I must call a plumber as my water will continue running. As I have connected two machines in one port.
