BAD SERVICE

Makro is a good shop however their online shop is terrible, now is the second or third time I encounter a bad service from them

I bought few items on the 6 of February 2024 so the following the courier attempted to deliver the order but it never arrived therefore I took the initiative to call the driver and he told me that he had a puncher that’s why he couldn’t deliver so if I want clarity regarding the order I must contact the shop, I did so and I was promised that the order will be delivered on Friday or Saturday

Me knowing Makro i called again to follow up because there was no update no one knows anything about my order , I’m being told about the escalation again and it is more than 48 hours And if the order is an escalation it must be prioritised but no one knows anything I really needed those products

Makro treat its customers like beggars
