BAD SERVICE

Makro Polokwane the service is getting worse. Staff members not even greeting the clients and attending to personal business whilst the clients are waiting. When enquiring from them if we can pay at that till, I was rudely informed that I must just wait, they are busy. Is it against company policy to greet people.
