Bad sales lady

Goodday. I went to buy a rocka Bluetooth speaker for my sons birthday. A saleslady by the name aliaa shaik completely put me off by saying its a bad item with alot of returns and wanted me to buy a Polaroid speaker with i didnt not want. I just left what i wanted and walked out
