Bad return/repair service

I've never experienced such a bad service before. I bought a candy automatic washing machine around Feb online. Few days after it wax delivered I was not happy with the machine because it needed latest androids to be fully functional but I never got any response from their online service. I let it slide and got an android.

Now the machine does no longer spin or rinse and programs don't do what they need to do. I logged a return/repair since it is still under warranty and after more than a week I just received feedback on their site as "declined". No explanation no nothing. Don't trust when they say things have a 1 year warranty
