Bad return service

I ordered baby bottles through the website on the 23rd of January 2025 but an incorrect item was delivered which were baby soothes ,logged a return the same day it was delivered on the 27th of January 2025 it was scheduled to be collected on the 30th of January 2025. I have been calling ,sending emails and tried whatsapp however not getting any assistance with the correct product. This Makro Market place is a dismal failure as suppliers deliver wrong parcels to customers such bad service from a big company. I am no longer interested in the bottles as i have been waiting for far too long i would be happy with a refund.
