Bad Return service

Firstly I bought Black Luggage,and they delivered blue ones I locked a return and told them I will be traveling in 3 weeks. They only came to collect the luggages when I was on my way to the airport. Secondly I bought an electric urn it worked for 3 day and stopped working I locked a return it's been a month now since. No one is communicating. MAKRO SA s online returns is horrible bad bad service I won't recommend anyone to buy there.
