Bad Response and Contact Feedback From Makro

Absolutely worse at correspondence from them. I was selected as a competition winner and was "tagged" to reply within a specified time. And 2 weeks later i was messaged on that same tag to say i missed the deadline, yet strangely enough i only see the first tagged message when they sent the 2nd. upon inboxing them i was advised the following "Hi Krishna, we'll forward your details to our operations team as WE WERE STILL in the process of reaching out to runner-up winners. You'll be contacted soon" So basically that states i was in time for them to make contact with me. I have been since inboxing them and getting the same copy and pasted messages about being contacted. its now over a week and still no contact, my messages are now being ignored. Really saddened by their handling of this.
