Bad repair service

I bought a printer in 2018 for R3000. It stopped working in 2019 and I took it in for repairs which they claimed they did do. When i wanted to use the printer it warned me that there was paper stuck and I need to remove the paper. I could not see anything inside. I could not take the printer back due to Covid 19 lockdown, when it was lifted for me to travel I took it back and explained the problem. Today I got a phone call stating that I need to pay R2300 if I want the printer fixed as they need to replace the head, I tried to explain that I do not accept it as the printer was never fixed in 2019 and they need to do it under the guarantee still because if it was not for the lock down I would have brought the printer back earlier. I tried to speak to a manager but they just plainly refused and told me that they will state that I do not accept the charges and that they will have the printer returned and that I will need to come and fetch it. I have been a very loyal customer thus far and have a high credit record but: I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM MAKRO AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
