Bad quality product but worse service

A truly wonderful bsuiness that offers a myriad products but unfortunately this is completely offset by service rating of close to being non-existent! i ordered online as I was on crutches and not able to physically go in. Product came with faulty parts. Makro responds on Twitter saying someone will call me -this has been going on for a month and this issue is in total almost 3 months where no-one has yet had the time to call and rectify a mistake on their part. What disdainful service!
