Bad quality product

Bought a walker for my daughter which number 1 I think takes long to get delivered. They do mention the time frames but yeah that is just my opinion.

My main issue here is that I ordered a green walker for my daughter and they delivered blue which I was going to try and work around even though I was very disappointed as I waited to long for it only to get a wrong product , secondly the quality is just not good. I am trying to adjust the length and then it is not not responding, I need this thing taken back and either I get the correct good quality product or my money back and I will go somewhere else.

I called as I am unable to log a return but the assistance I received was also satisfactory.

Can I please get a response from Makro
