Bad quality peanut butter BlackCat Tigerbrand

I bought a BlackCat peanut butter 400g from Makro Online Store, together with other items. The peanut butter is hard and had oil, I tried to tell TigerBrands of the condition of their product too and they are yet to give me a resolution since they asked for the product details. As for Makro, they have not responded to my complaint
