Bad quality late delivery

Delivery was made first week of December and Delivered third week of January, a month later. The condition of the pots that I bought its Soo Bad. They very small compared to the advert. The handles are melting when on the stove. The chicken that I cook has black staff on it I assume its the painting coming off due to heat. Its the first time I use them today. Opened from the box.
