Bad promotion that blemish the company whose product is on special

Makro special on Elvive shampoo and conditioner and on Organics shampoo and conditioner---products not available

I visited Cape Gate Makro a week ago especially to buy the ELVIVE shampoo and conditioner for dry damaged hair- the 6 luxurious flower oils product - shampoo and conditioner combo for R80 or R100. Got to the shampoo racks/ section and only the Elvive shampoo is on the shelves . Then I checked the Organics special, also the same problem . Only shampoo no conditioner. I then went to the Service Counter and next to the counter was a Tresemme special also with regards to shampoo and conditioner BUT NO CONDITIONER again. I then gave my details to the Makro client service consultant and a week had passed and nobody contacted me. Why the hell put products on special and the relevant products are not on the shelves . Makro is lying in the adverti*****t brochures and this is not TCF conduct. MAKRO had put a blemish on the brand of L'oreal,Organics and Tresemme by putting their products on a special and then the relevant products are not on the shelves. There were 3 sections on the shelves wrt to Elvive shampoo but not conditioner. Don't tell me that the conditional was out of stock as there was 60 bottles of Elvive shampoo for Dry Rough hair 6 luxurious flower oils!
