Bad Pricing at Makro wasting customers time.

Went to Makro Strubens Valley today with a work colleague. Wanted to by files, we looked at the best prices and decided to rather take 2 packets at R139.00 a pack instead of one pack of 10 files at R349.00. We got to the till and the lady who helped us scanned the files and the price was R269.00 a file. She asked an assistant to go and check, the assistant came back with the same price of R139.00 as we saw. Then another lady came and scanned the price and at first it showed on the till screen that the price is R139.00, she then looked at the barcode and said their was a difference. After waiting again another man pitched up and said that the price the goods were marked is for other files, not the files that we took, I told him that according to law if something is marked a price that is what you need to sell it at, he literally accused us from steeling and said they have to look at the cameras first to see who has changed the price on the rack. By then we already spend between 30 to 45 minutes at the till I told them to leave the files.
