Bad, poor, Customer service

Since I bought items on the 16th of September from Makro, it's now the 2nd of October, I haven't received my items, I had two events that needed those items, I had to go and buy expensive items due to their inconvenience. No one cares to call tell me when will I receive my items. I am really disappointed i n this kind of bad service I got at Makro.
