Bad online shopping service

I was really shocked with the online shopping experience, but now that I see the reviews, I should of expected as much. Bought a device online because it was at a good special, now it’s sold out and they want to refund me after 10 days. We drove from PTA to Jhb Makro, only to be told that both stores were sold out. Could of gone with another store that had a good deal, but now that specials are over, Makro wants to refund us and not give us what we paid for. Was making it available online a **** to take our money for 10 days and keep it in an interest bearing account? It all sounds a bit fishy to me.
