Bad online services

The worst 1st time online experience ever, I feel like crying while typing this. I ordered a headboard with them for queen bed on the 28th of October and since then haven’t received even today , I called their customer service number(***) a 100th times complaining and asking when will they deliver they keep saying they will escalate the matter , what’s more frustrating is the fact that there is no one updating me about the situation….I will never ever in my life buy at makro or use their online service or even refer anyone I know
