Bad online service

Very disappointed place an order on the 25/07/2024 the payment went through my account. But on the system, it showed awaiting payment. I phoned the call centre to query the agents advise me that I should send proof of payment which I did. I phoned on the 29/07/2024 they said everything is there the payment needs to allocate. Till today my order still shows awaiting payment. simple order that is taking days to be delivered.
