bad online service ever

I made online order on the 24th November 2023, my item is not delivered today. when I can makro call Centre I dont gat proper answers, infect i am told that its the supplier responsibility. I dont know who is the supplier I purchased the item at makro not supplier.

Mokro's policy is the online purchase takes 2 to 5 days for delivery, now its 17days with no respond or commitment from Makro

now I am told that should i wish to get my refund it will take 10 to 14 days.
