Bad Online Service

I placed an order online on the 9 March 2020. Mind you it says it takes 2-5 working days to deliver. The 9th was a Monday, meaning the latest should have been the following Monday on the 16th. There was no progress or any communication from Makro. With the Covid-19 pandemic, I also tried to be patient. I called the call centre on the 17th to find out what the issue was and they said they too don't understand why it has not been delivered. Now on the 23, almost three weeks later I call again and they tell me the same thing. I feel I have been patient and not wanting to call a lot giving our current outbreak but I feel I've waited long enough and especially with zero communication or movement when I track my order online. You always encourage us to buy online but is it fair for us to have to wait for our goods for over three weeks? I am livid!
