Bad online service

Bad online service you have, I have ordered a washing machine on the 21st of January 2022, and it was said they will deliver on the 25th… today it’s the 27th and I have been calling to make follow up with Makro Bloemfontein..I haven’t gotten any response ,I am told that the employees are on strike… this is the second time im ordering online and I get this bad service
