Bad online service

I purchased an item online for over R7000 and the delivery was confirmed to be 2 - 5 days, but i am approaching a full month without delivery. no communication from Makro site, and all my email and telephonic correspondence are blue-ticked with reference numbers that are invalid on the next call, yet they claim all call are recorded. I won't be using it again because i know what's best for me.
