Bad online service

Bought blinds online. It was a wrong size..I wanted to return them I called makro they told me on their side it doesn't show that I received my order and they can't the status to delivered. A lady from makro lodged a return for me on their side and after 2days I called they claimed that they didn't receive those blinds courier guy didn't deliver. I called the delivery guys they gave me a prove that shows that they did deliver.. After 3days of calling they changed and said they received the blinds but I can't get my refund because my status was not showing that I lodged a return...now they all keep telling me they will call.
