BAD ONLINE SERVICE
MACRO ONLINE SA. THE WORST SERVICE EVER. THEIR POLICY IS 2 TO 5 WORKING DAY TURN AROUND, WE ON OUR FIFTH DAY NOW WAITING FOR OUR ORDER OF THREE PACKS OF COFFEE FILTERS WHICH YOU ONLY GET ONLINE AND THERE IS NO PROGRESS ON THE TRACKING. THE TRACKING SAYS THEY HAVE NOT EVEN STARTED WITH OUR ORDER. HAVE BEEN PHONING THE WHOLE WEEK WITH FALSE PROMISES OF GETTING BACK TO US AND YESTERDAY TELLING US THEY HAVE STARTED WITH OUR ORDER BUT THE TRACKING IS STILL THE SAME OF NO PROGRESS. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE MACRO. FIRST AND LAST TIME!!!!!!!!!

We eventually cancelled the order on monday 10th JUNE because we were not getting the order, three hours later they phone us to say our order is ready for delivery (why does it take to cancel a order for them to actually decide to send the order when the same day morning they said they can not give an ETA for the order. I phone today five days later asking when we getting our refund, they say our order is not cancelled, so I say to them if the order is not cancelled why have not received our package if on monday you said its ready, they cant answer me WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!! BUNCH OF CLOWNS WORKING AT CUSTOMER CARE.

Ok so here is feed back.
