Bad online purchase experience

I made a online purchase on 25th March 2024, the item was suppose to be delivered on the 30th March 2024, wich never happen. Upon inquiring about it , I was told it was a technical problem . Since the no additional feedback. If I try to make contact, I get the same answer. They are unable to give me a timeline to when I will receive my purchase. Pathetic.
