Bad online Macro store service

Recently wanted to purchased a table from.Macro Nelspruit. They told me I can only buy online. I did it and do the payment as required. After 2 weeks they informed me that they do not have the table in stock. My money would be paid back in 7 to 10 working days. On the 11 th day I went to Macro Nelspruit they informed me that the return of the money is still in process. It is unacceptable that I have to wait so long for my money today is day 13 and so word from them
