Bad online experience

Their online service sucks. They take your order, take your money, confirms the order, just to let you know the following day via sms, the order has been cancelled.

Refund has been initiated and will take 10-15days to be back into your account. I took nothing of that, first demanded that they fulfill their promise, but that has been a dead end, makro doesn't take responsibility if a supplier can't deliver, though their platform are being used. After 2days of calling their call centre and harrassing the poor unfortunate operators, my refund was back in my account after 2days. Never gonna shop online from makro ever again.
