Bad online experience

On the 28 Dec i brought school books and backbag online, when I phoned this morning to explain that I need the books as the school are opening on the 9th and those books still needs to be cover and etc...al the lady said is that there is still 2 reminding days as the order say 7days...I am disgusted at the service and the responds, it's only 10hardcovers 1 backpack eraser and sharpener, I mean is so difficult to prepare a order like that, on the same day the 28 Dec i place any order with take a lot on the 02 I got all my goods which is the bulk of the stationary, I will diffidently recommend take a lot for on line orders...I will never ever recommend makro online, the call centre told me to cancel the order but will also take 5-7 days for credit to reflect, bad, bad service and responds.
