BAD ONLINE DELIVERY

I ordered a washing machine on the 29th of July 2024 online, On saturday 03 August 2024 a wrong machine was delivered to my adress my mom received the machine on my behalf as I was not home. Immediately when I saw the machine I called the delivery guy and he said he could trace the machine he will deliver it on monday, monday no delivery then tuesday afternoon he came with a machine wrapped in a plastic with no box and he promised that the machine was never used. When I opened the machine the manual book and the water inlet was wet. I called makro on wednesday and explained my situation they promised to call makro polokwane and to get back to me within 24hrs. Today monday the 12th of August 2024 I called makro polokwane immediately when the consultant realised that its an online order she said eh and put me on hold for more than 15 minutes I had to drop the call.
