Bad manager/Assistant
Worst retail experience ever. Order literally 4 items thinking I would get them in their “ 2-5 days”. This was on the 13th of May. It is now the 28th of May.
When I call the call center they keep telling me they spoke to the manager and they will get back to me. I’ve spent close to R100 now calling them over an order I fully paid for! And the person whom I’m dealing with at Riversands is the most rude person ever! Hangs up the calls on me or just tells me “ the driver didn’t arrive” and hangs up. Today I just called now and he said “deliveries are on hold today” the very same dude who said I would receive the orders today.

The same stunt was pulled and it’s really tiring at this point. Annoying to say the least. You sent a driver to come fetch an order that they apparently “ can’t find”. The driver was so nice that he let me know that he accepted the request thinking he’d find the order only to be told they can’t find it.
I tried contacting them it didn’t go through. And as USUAL! No one said anything to me. Had it not been for the driver i wouldn’t have been updated.
Makro its literally just 4 bottles of 5l water and one 3l washing soap! How hard can it be??? Damn
