Bad management at Makro

Today I went to buy washing machine by makro and had Terrible experience with the people . I was asking for Samsung topload the guy took me to pay they got the machine for me then when the other guy came back with the machine I arranged my transport with a guy outside then the manager Basil was starting to shout and scream at the guy who helping me and then told him he was fired because of me getting my own transport I will never buy by Makro again if this the way they behave and treat there customers the management must be a role model not make Seen in the shop
