Bad Makro service

Makro on line, what a *****. I placed a order worth R50 000 on the 5th of May. and the delivery date was 12 and 14th of May, I phoned twice to confirm my order. When my first older did not arrive on the 12th I phoned to find out what was happening, just to be told that they can not fill my order. This is unacceptable, surely you must let you client know in advance that you can not fill their order, not on the day of delivery. I will never do any business with Makro, they are not trustworthy and don't care about their clients, I am so disappointed, this attituded is costing me R80 000 in loss of income.
