Bad makro service

Makro online is the worst experience of my life 400 rand order could not be delivered I had no feedback at all am constantly being given the runaround now have to wait onther 5-7 days this is the worst company that I have ever experienced do not use makro online even after acknowledging the bad service they still giving me the runaround about a 400 rand refund to anybody thinking of using makro online please don't do it stay away at all costs
