Bad , horrible and pathetic service

I had the worst experience ofy life at Makro Crown Mines yesterday, I was making a payment using Pay Just Now. I waited for a good 1hour seeking help. The cashier No:1281 was chatting to her colleagues about after work things, wine and going to Dube and finally they asked a lady by the name of Yolanda I think to assist only after an hour waiting. The lady came, she was very helpful and as she was busy helping me out she the was a group of her colleagues waiting in front of us chatting, the was one lady by the name of Irene from the group who was very loud and rude who said to Yolanda is the expect with customers paying using debt ,she re iterated this statement and went on saying Pay Just Now is a debt not a lay bye. She went on saying customers go as far as doing lay bye for food imagine everyone now o Looking at me. I've never been this humiliated and I don't think I'll ever go to that store. I reported the matter to Cegan who's the manager, he jusr called me now telling me the lady wants to apologies but I'm so angry. My dignity and the humiliation I experienced. I'm disappointed honestly
