Bad extended warranty

Makro is the worst retail store I ever dealt with I have spend thousands of Rands with them but really there service is the worst I bought an LG hifi by them took out an extended warranty my hifi had no power took it in for repairs it's been a month now still waiting I will never take out an extended warranty again because they most probably send it to backyard technicians not to LG.but in fact I will never buy by them again
