Bad experience with Makro online

I purchased a hob and oven online and made a full payment on the 5th of September 2024, today is the 20th and I still haven’t received my product. I tried to contact Makro online support via email several times but all I get is their automated email response. I have no clue what is going on with my order or if I will receive the product that I paid for in full
