Bad experience when buying online

I bought a airfryer on the 25 of February 2025 and i haven't recieved my airfryer.. It been over a month now waiting i have called almst evryday asking the status about my parcel and i am not getting a clear answer as to what is happening, i have asked for a refund still no response.. I really woundt recommend anyone to buy online at makro as the service i have recieved has been really bad..
