bad experience saved by helpful gentleman

<p>I'm at the makro in woodmead at almost closing time as I get off work late.i came to buy a television and was helped by a very kind gentleman who was. Professional.I then went to the kettle department to get a set of kettle +toaster and could not get help. I then asked for help from three ladies walking by and they point blank ignored me and kept walking claiming its closing time.the gentleman (Mduduzi Gumede)from the tv department then made his way to us and assisted us .even though we couldn't find the kettle....his service was impressive</p> <p> </p>
