Bad experience at Makro Mbombela and Makro online

<p>You buy a product online, its advertised that you will get abc when buying xyz and you opt to pick it up yourself. You get to makro outlet, only to be given xyz without abc and I refused to take xyz without giving me abc as advertised online. You opt to cancel the online transaction then it takes over 50 minutes to refund me and on top of that, "im sorry we cannot give you a credit note, the money has to be returned to the card that was used to buy the product being returned, another 30 minutes. Mnx, when I go inside the shop the very same product xyz is advertised and that when buying product xyz, you will get product abc, that was quick, I got all my stuff, happy customer.</p> <p>Makro Online, never again, keep your stuff for someone else. Makro Mbombela, aikona slow service, what a bad experience. Next time we will meet at the consumer tribunal.</p>
