Bad experience
I purchased a vacuum cleaner from Makro online a month back only to find out it is not working, I instantly logged a return they took time to organize a pick up. I bought another one, hoping that I would get a refund. The are not responding to my emails and calls are not going through, my money down the drain. I have bought stuff from Makro before but never had a problem. This has left me astray as to what do I do with this item now?

Still you are failing as a business to assist me, I have bought so many things online at makro, my first return of a product has left a sour taste in my mouth and left me never wanting to purchase anything from your store. 🚮
