BAD EXPERIENCE
I had a MAKRO RCS loan account and i settled it ,now when am trying to cancel the account MAKRO refuses to cancel it ,they transfer me from one department to the other daily ,they even go to an extent of dropping the phone on my ears .

.OH my goodness i just called the RCS number again now and the agent by the name of Brandon spoke to me and said that there is no one that can assist me with the account closure now as they are not available and he gave me this ref number ********** 00797 ,when I asked for his surname he refused to give me ,he even refused to transfer my call to his superiors
I want to cancel the credit account cos I paid it in full but they refused to cancel both RSC and MAKRO ,Makro tells me to call RCS and RCS tells me to call MAKRO ...they send me a message to say that they are going to debit my account on the 1st and I do not owe them anything
