Bad experience

Bad customer service, I went and buy a bicycle in Makro wonderboom in Pretoria north and after 8 day the seat of it just broke. I return the bicycle to the store thinking it was under a guaranty and warranty as they told at the shop when I purchased it, but when I took it back to the shop was a different story saying they can't replace it. they told me they wont replace it because it will be a lose in their store. I will go an take my broken bicycle and fix for myself as my son need it.
