Bad Customer Services

I bought a Bennet Read XTR2000 Pressure washer for R1999 on the 19/11/2021 at Makro Carnival mall and now it's not working as it's suppose to work, when I return it today at Makro Carnival mall they are refusing to exchange it for another brand or refund me my money they are refusing and their policy states that I'm allowed to return it within 14 days . I'm not happy with their return customer service because they are not following their own processes. Very bad service at Makro Carnival.
