Bad Customer Service(Makro Riversands)

I've been to Makro Riversands for quite a few times and I must say their customer service is terrible. Yesterday was the last straw I only had 4 items and was told that I can not pay on the express till because they couldn't take EFT payments, plenty other cash tills were available but they plainly ignored that. Like I said I've been there quite a few times and haven't had the best experience I usually get from other Makro stores. The lady that sells the hot dogs is not interested in anything. So he bad service starts from outside the parking lot up to the shop!!! I requested the latest pamphlet/flyer and was told that they dnt have them..... Their service I Pathetic and really really really needs improvement.
