Bad customer service makro ottery

I have made a review previously about my bad experience with expired goods delivered from makro ottery a week ago stil no proper feedback or refund for all.my goods which costed almost 2k the services is so poor and noone gives you any feedback I have literally contacted this people several times a day and they only returned 1 call and not even giving proper answer just saying they will refund they investigating why must the customer suffer now and wait so.long if use did not check stock before sending it out to customers I'm very passed and dissatisfied with this.
